WebTimes.co.za services are billed in advance, with payment due by the 7th of each month.
The automated billing system will send up to three late payment notifications if payment is not received on time.
To avoid automatic service suspension, please ensure you pay the exact outstanding amount. Underpayments will result in suspension.
Important: If your service has been suspended due to late payment, please send proof of payment along with one of the following valid references to ensure prompt allocation:
- Full Name (First & Last)
- Company Name
- Invoice Number
- Client ID Number
